I work in Worldwide Sales Force Enablement at Cisco Systems as a Content Development Manager/Instructional Designer. I have a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology. I have spent my career in high tech, designing and managing the the design and development of technical training at several fortune 500 companies such as Cisco, HP, Agilent and Apple Computer. I have seasoned program experience, however, I feel I'm a beginner to actually designing the latest informal learning techniques and applying these ideas to new ways to accelerate learning. I'm looking for an opportunity to roll up my sleeves and try on some progressive ideas.
