Limited Brands is the parent organization to The Limited, Express, Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret. All-in-all, the company runs 4,000+ stores in the U.S.
and another 1,000 or so in Canada under the banner of La Senza.

My role here is to oversee the design and development of learning programs for the Stores Organization, which includes our Regional Managers, District Managers and Store Management Team in all of our North America brands. Most often, those learning programs are centered around retail operations. My official title is Enterprise Learning & Education Manager.

Like some other retailers, we have been a little slow around using learning technology as an enabler. However, we're nearing a point where our infrastructure is becoming more supportive. Of most interest to me is the ability to leverage iPods, Blackberry's and other mobile devices as delivery vehicles.
