Matthew O'Donoghue
Matt has been in numerous positions of leadership over the past 20+ years with 23 years as a Naval Officer and the last 12 years in high tech. He has guided the design, development, and delivery of technical training and assessment for Cisco internal employees, partners, and customers over the past 7 years. Matt currently leads a team responsible for global Systems Engineer training within the Cisco Sales organization. Matt holds a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and an M.A. in Education with a specialization in Instructional Technology from San Jose State University.
Although I drive innovation in my group and direct learning developments, I do not have as much Instructional Design experience with some of today's technology. I look forward to some hands-on in the Lab and brainstorming new ideas with the Masie Center staff and other participants.
