I have a strong technical background - I worked as an engineer for ten years and have a wide variety of programming experience, this included writing/directing/producing award-wining technical videos. I have an MA in HRD with a certificate in Educational Technology. For the last ten years, I have been designing system instruction and managing training projects. My interests are primarily inspired by the use of interactive media in training - gaming, simulation, device-based and video applications. I am currently implementing a corporate wide performance support tool (Assistware). My primary purpose for attending is to evaluate the many emerging alternatives and bring back a recommended mix for our 5-year plan.
