Lori Prusso has spent the last 17 years in Learning and Development working with companies such as Acterna, United Health Group, American Management Systems and CACI, Inc. She is certified in Instructional Systems Design and as a Performance Coach. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Distance Learning Association and the Director of Research for the Technical Special Interest Group of the ASTD’s Mid-New Jersey chapter. Lori enjoys sharing knowledge and experiences in learning best practices and technologies. Lori holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Marymount University.
